Cedar Farmers Market wins award for community impact
B.C. Association of Farmers’ Markets celebrates value and dedication of markets and volunteers

The Cedar Farmers Market is renowned in the area, and now the whole province knows about it.
Earlier this month, the Cedar Farmers Market won the Most Outstanding Community Impact award among large markets at the B.C. Association of Farmers’ Markets conference in New Westminster.
According to the association’s website, the awards recognize “outstanding farmers’ markets, vendors, partners, volunteers and municipalities that are exemplary in adding value to their communities and the farmers’ market sector.”
